Default restoring password

hay iv been trying 2 get back on2 my GWs account after about 6months of not playing and i have either forgotten my password or someones changed it i still have access to my email that my account is under so i tryed reseting it but i still havent gotten anything back i know it says wait 24 hours and iv only been waiting like 19 but i would expect it 2 be in my email by now

please help if you have tryed restoring your password but nothing is coming back or if i shuld just wait and if nothing happens afta 24 hours what else i can do 2 fix it

First, spell check. Second, did you check your bulk/spam folder? And going off what you said, I'm assuming from what you've said that your account isn't tied to PlayNC? Just checking.

i think it is tied to playNC but i find that a confusing website to use i dont no how to use it. and my hotmail isnt to bad with spam suprisingly.

I don't know how quickly the reset works, but if after 24 hours you haven't heard from support then contact them directly at

http://www.guildwars.com/support/default.php

Be prepared with proof of ownership, etc. They will want to be sure that you are not stealing an account.

I think that if it was tied it would take you to the site to reset.
Either retry setting it again or send in a support ticket. They will ask for ownership proof so ago get busy scanning your codes.

i hate navagating through the guildwars support so ima cross my fingers that the restoring password eventually works and if it hasnt by tomorrow ima gonna have to try it

ok iv given up waiting so i sent a message to PlayNC i hav lost my nightfall and GWEN keys with factions and prophocys keys be enough to prove its my account?

First, please see my note on your OP. Secondly, I'm sure you do hate navigating throught support but we cannot help you here, so you're going to have to bite the bullet and do it.
